Sign in to the PingNitro app

⚠️ The request did not come from this computer. The address of the app asking to sign in differs from your browser's address. This happens when other network software (a tunnel, a proxy) runs on the computer, but more often it means someone else sent you the link. If you did not start signing in to the PingNitro app on this computer just now, press "Cancel".

Confirm only if you are running the PingNitro app on this computer yourself and have just pressed "Confirm on the site" in it. If someone else sent you the link, press "Cancel": otherwise they will get your personal key.

How to connect

Windows: run PingNitro-Setup.exe → "Install" (no administrator rights). If Windows shows a SmartScreen warning — "More info → Run anyway". In the app window click "Sign in with Telegram" — press "Start" in the bot and you're signed inIn the app window click "Confirm on the website" and confirm the sign-in in this account — the app fetches your key automatically, renews it and updates itself.
macOS (M1–M4): with one command in Terminal
curl -fsSL https://pingnitro.com/mac.sh | bash
or from the DMG file — step by step on the pingnitro.com/en/mac page. In the app window click "Sign in with Telegram".In the app window click "Log in on the website" and confirm the sign-in in this account.
In your terminal, in the exchange connection settings: proxy HTTP 127.0.0.1, port 1081, no login. Step by step for your terminal →
If other network programs are running (tunnels, proxies in "all traffic" mode) — exclude sslocal.exe (and sing-box.exe — in the "Poor network (UDP)" mode) from them or turn them off while you trade, otherwise the latency will grow.

On Windows the sign-in token is stored encrypted (Windows DPAPI) and tied to your Windows account; the route key sits in the app folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\PingNitro, readable only by you. On Mac both the token and the key are kept in the app’s data folder with permissions for you only. If you suspect someone else has access, disconnect the device in “Devices” or press “Sign out everywhere” in “Sign-in & security”.

Payment

Unpaid invoices:

Pay

To pay with Telegram Stars, use the bot @pingnitrobot.

Payment

Payment on the website isn't open yet: access is free during the test.

My devices

Computers where you have signed in to the PingNitro app. Disconnect anything you don't recognize. An app's sign-in stays valid for 180 days after it last contacted the server (every 3 hours while it runs); after that you sign in again.

An account can have up to 3 devices: when you sign in on a new one, the one unused for the longest time is disconnected automatically (we let you know in the bot or by email). Need more? Write to support @pingnitrosupport.

Check connection

We'll see whether traffic is going through your key today: the PingNitro app is running and your terminal reaches the exchange via the proxy 127.0.0.1:1081.

Line quality

Whether the link from you to our entry is steady: latency spread, losses and queueing — from the entry's measurements over the last 3 hours. A weak line happens on mobile internet and Wi-Fi — then the "Poor network (UDP)" mode helps.

My test results

Results of the tests on the home page are saved here while you are signed in — you can see how the latency to the exchanges changes for your connection. Values are in milliseconds.

Delete…

What we delete: your account and sign-in methods (email, password, Google, Telegram), the access key, apps on your computers, survey answers and messages, measurements, statistics and logs for your key. Your access will end and the PingNitro apps will be signed out.

What stays: records of payments and partner earnings — accounting requires them — but without your name, email or Telegram id. In backups the data disappears when they expire.

We'll review the request and delete the data within 7 days. Deletion can't be undone; you can come back later — it will be a new account.
