Partner program

Rules, version of 14 October 2026. Users also have a second mode of the same link — free days (section 9). A partner brings traders to PingNitro with their own link and gets a share of their payments. Questions — @pingnitrosupport or the "Write to the team" form in your account.

1. Who can take part

• Any adult user with a PingNitro account — via Telegram, email or Google.
• To become a partner, click "Become a partner" in your account or send /partner to the @pingnitrobot bot. No application and no messages to support: your code and links appear right away.
• By clicking the button you accept these rules and the service's terms of use.

2. Code, links and attribution

• A partner gets a personal code (created automatically) and two links: to the bot t.me/pingnitrobot?start=p_code and to the website pingnitro.com/?ref=code.
• You can change the code to your own once: 3–24 characters — Latin letters, digits and "_". Codes that look like the service name, its support or reserved words are not allowed. Old links keep leading to you after the change.
• A partner code is also a promo code: it can be entered in the promo code field at the first payment (in the bot and on the website) — that's the same as coming via the link.
• A client is attributed to the partner whose link they came through first (or whose code they entered before their first payment) — permanently; following other links later changes nothing. Only new people are attributed: anyone who has already had access or paid is not. A pingnitro.com/?ref=… link is remembered in the browser for 30 days: if someone signs up later than that, the old link no longer counts.
• A partner sees only numbers — how many came, got access, connected and paid, and their own earnings. We never show anyone the data of the people you refer.

3. Earnings

• 30% of the first payment of a referred client and 25% of every following one with no time limit, for as long as they keep paying. The first payment is the client's earliest payment (across all their accounts) credited to you; if it is refunded in full, the next one counts as the first. Payments invoiced before these terms take effect (not earlier than 14 October 2026) — under the previous terms (30% of every payment).
• Payments for 3, 6 and 12 months — month by month: the share is accrued in parts — 1/3, 1/6 or 1/12 for each month of the term as it begins (every 30 days from the payment); the hold runs from the date of each part. If the person cancels the term and gets a refund for the unused months (or the service refunds money because of an outage), no parts are accrued for those months; what is already accrued stays. Your account and the bot show "accrued" and "still to be accrued".
• Only money actually received counts: Telegram Stars payments — at the rate at which the service withdraws them; discounted payments — at the discounted amount. Payments made before the client came via your link don't count.
• Refunds and payments that didn't pass checks don't count. If a payment is refunded after the earnings were accrued, the earnings are cancelled and reduce your available balance.
• The price for people you refer. The first purchase with your link or code is at the partner price: currently up to −35% off (without a partner — up to −25%). The discount applies only to the first purchase; renewals are at the regular price.
• Personal discount. You can add your own discount for people you refer — 5 or 10% on top of the partner price — out of your share: on a first purchase that includes your discount, your share is 25 or 20% instead of 30%; on a first payment without your discount (for example, when a promo code or the overall cap overrode it) — 30%; on the following payments — 25%, as usual. Choose it in your account or in the bot (/partner), at most once a day; it applies to invoices after the change, and earnings already accrued don't change. The total discount is at most −45%.
• The service may set special terms for individual partners (a different share, an extra discount for referred people at the service's expense) — they are shown in the partner's account.

4. Hold period

Earnings become available for withdrawal 14 days after a payment, for Telegram Stars payments — after 21 days: during this time the payment may be refunded. Until then the amount is shown in your account as "on hold".

5. Withdrawals — without support, your choice

• As access days on your own key — instantly, with a button in your account or in the bot (/partner): the available amount is converted into days at the price of a month of access (30 days).
• As a payout by request from your account — from $10 available. One request at a time; you can cancel it until it is processed. The team makes the payout manually, usually within a few days; we let you know in the bot or by email. A declined request returns the amount to your available balance.
• Partners pay their own taxes on their earnings.

6. What is not allowed

• referring yourself: your own second accounts, accounts on the same email, fake accounts, paying for "clients" with your own money;
• spam: mass mailings, messages in chats and channels without their admins' permission;
• paid ads on the PingNitro name and its misspellings (search and targeted), domains, channels and accounts named PingNitro, pretending to be PingNitro or its support;
• promising what the service doesn't do: calling PingNitro a VPN or a tool to get around blocks or to change your country, promising access to exchanges where they are unavailable, promising a specific latency or income — we measure latency rather than promise it;
• paying people to sign up, click or pay via your link, or sharing your earnings with them (a discount given by the service itself is fine);
• breaking the law or the rules of the platforms where you post your links.

If these rules are broken, we may cancel the earnings for such payments, decline a payout request and close the partnership.

7. Changes to the terms

A partner's share and period are fixed when they join. We may change the program terms: a new version is published on this page with its date. For existing partners, less favourable terms take effect no earlier than 7 days after a notice in the bot or by email and don't affect earnings already accrued.

8. Ending

A partner can stop taking part at any time — the available amount can be withdrawn. We may close the program entirely with 30 days' notice; earnings available by then are withdrawn as usual.

9. Free days mode — for users

Applies from the launch of the paid subscription. The link is the same; everyone chooses the reward — in the bot ("🎁 Invite a friend") and in the account with the "Free days / Payouts" switch; the mode applies to your friends' payments after the switch. Partners created by the team and those who already have money earnings get Payouts by default (sections 3–5), everyone else — free days.

• Your friend gets a gift on the first purchase with your link: +10 days to a month, +30 days to 3, 6 or 12 months (instead of the Payouts mode partner price; the first-purchase discount is the regular one, up to −25%).
• You get, for each friend who pays: 10 days after their first monthly payment and 20 more after the second; 30 days at once if they take 3 months or more. Every 3rd paying friend — another +30 days.
• Days arrive as an extension of your access after the payment check — in 14 days, for Telegram Stars payments — in 21 days, if the payment wasn't refunded and your friend uses the access.
• The limit is 365 reward days per rolling year; no days are added beyond it — you can switch to Payouts.
• One friend's payment — one reward: days or the share (30% of the first payment, 25% of the following ones), by the mode at the time the invoice was issued. Inviting yourself (your own accounts, the same Telegram or email) gives no rewards; the rules of section 6 apply here too.
